What We Do

The Cartwright Law Corporation has successfully been representing individuals as well as small, medium and large businesses for more than 25 years. The principal member of the firm, Darrell L. Cartwright, has represented both plaintiff and defense interests in litigation, and has been appointed as class counsel in many consumer class action cases.  His primary educational background has been in business, estate planning, taxation and probate work, however, as he has successfully passed the C.P.A. Examination, as well as having obtained his Masters of Laws Degree (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.  

The Cartwright Law Corporation maintains an active practice throughout the state of Alabama, and has offices in Vestavia Hills and Birmingham, Alabama.
